About me

I moved to Mexico City when I was six. When I moved I was enrolled in a French school, so I grew up in a very multicultural environment. Although I absorbed the languages, I struggled academically, even through university many years later. All of my jobs out of university were in customer service. I worked with employers that provided thorough training and employers that provided no training at all, and I felt the difference in my every day work. My experience as a struggling student and as a customer service agent shaped my decision to pursue Instructional Design as a career. I can create educational experiences for you to reach your goals, be it business or academic, in three languages.
